What a year it has been!
Jaxon jumped right in and did a fabulous job during his kindergarten year. His teachers loved him! He was selected as March's student of the month for his grade.
Tyden had a serious turn around year. The beggining of the year was a struggle and he wasn't doing so well. He had a wonderful teacher who worked really hard and they were able to figure things out. Tyden finished the year with staight A's! He was selected as April's student of the month. (second year in a row)
He recieved two awards at the Otero County Writer's Association. 2nd place in poetry and 3rd place in cartoon. We were very happy for him and thought one award was pretty great when they announced his name for another!
Brigg has improved a great deal this year as well. He has always been a pretty smart kid, but he doesn't try very hard. He will hurry through his work so he can be the first one done and make silly mistakes. We have been working with him to slow down and take his time, put a little more effort into things. Dang kid started doing even better! He also finished the year with straight A's. He was awarded student of the month for May.

Cali had fun sitting with Brigg during his awards ceremony. One of these things is not like the other!
We are very proud of each of our kids. It is so fun to see them do well at something and improve on a skill they are working on. I hope they can continue to make good choices and work hard.
