Brigg, " sniff, sniff, Santa did not give me what I asked for!"
Mom, "Buddy this is were you get to tell Santa what you want, on Christmas is when you get it."
Brigg, "oh, ok." (tears instantly disappear and the devouring of candy begins)
Now I am suppose to tag 6 people who get to tell 6 quirky things about themselves. Alison , Alli, Nikki, Breanne, Briana, and lucky number six is Angie.
Well here is another one of those moments.
That is the Hub doing a above the knee amputation...proud moment
Loren set up the tent in the back yard this weekend just for fun. We ate Sunday dinner in the tent. The boys enjoyed their dinner while Loren and I did not. I tried a new recipe and lets just say that I won't be making that again.
Thanks to our new neighbor friends who supplied the sidewalk chalk, we had a blast Saturday morning while we were all still in our jammies.
We have a mole! In the beginning he only played in our front yard. Leaving me a new mound each morning in the grass. I would just smooth the dirt out, no big deal. Now the little stink has moved to our side yard. Where a couple of weeks ago, I planted some new shrubs and put in bark. Anyways it is really hard to smooth out the dirt and then get the bark to be on top so that it looks nice again. What do I do?
Jaxon has started this new thing where he will wake up at 5:30. Yah, super fun! I always turn him right back around and put him back in his bed. Where he stays until about 6:30, when he comes out again. I am not a morning person, I don't like waking up unless I see the number 7 first on the alarm clock. So Jaxon is making me crazy. It makes the rest of the day interesting. He often falls asleep at the drop of the hat. Normal nap time is after lunch but lately it has been when ever and where ever the eyelids fall. Today I was doing the dishes and he was sitting on the floor having some crackers, I turned around to find this super cute photo opp. I hope that this 5:30 thing does not last long, I can deal with 6 ish but no way am I doing 5!
